Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• Returned within 7 days of delivery (if approved)
